To enact a law that allows the american people to fire any member of goverment who refuses to be at work

We need laws requiring any goverment official from taking any breaks or holidays not reconized by the U.S. military from having them days off less 30 days of vacation this is to include sick days. It is getting out of control when congress takes more time away from dealing with issues then showing up and working for what they get paid way to much for. We need regulations that require them to continue to work even when they do not wish to. This would include working nights and weekends if major items are in concern. Any member of the goverment who fails to be at work should automatically be eleigible to be fired by the ones who elected them.
