Enact a law called The Rapist Castration law for convicted rapist.

This petition is to enact a law where any convicted rapist must be physically castrated upon his release to prevent him from raping again. While understanding that people might say this is inhumane they should also take the time to consider that the act of rape is also inhumane weather it be on a woman, male or child. Also take into consideration that many psychiatrists and psychologist write many articles that state that a rapist will commit an act of rape again upon his release. while the government considers not releasing a rapist by putting him in a psychiatric ward upon his release further proves the government also believes they will commit the act of rape again. Enacting this law will prevent a rapist from committing the act again and save space in wards and tax dollars.
