1. All members of Congress are ineligible for re-election anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP.
2. No tenure/No pension. A congressman collects pay while in office and is not paid while out campaigning.
3. Congress participates in Social Security just like the rest of America, with that being their only means of pension.
4. Congress no longer approves their own pay raises.
5. Congress loses their current health care system and has the same system as the American people, with them paying their own premiums.
6. No Congressman can serve longer than two terms.
7. No Congressman can associate with any lobbyist.
8. Congressman can be held accountable for failure to perform.
