Enact a Law Creating More Federal Holidays and a Minimum Number of Paid Vacation Days for Americans

In the interest of improving the enjoyment of life, liberty, and happiness, we ask that the federal government of the United States create a law, by executive order or congressional legislation to:

1) Create more federal and banking holidays.
Possible days include: St. Patrick's Day, New Year's Eve, September 11, Good Friday, Passover, April 9 (Civil War Reunification/ Remembrance Day), July 9 (Apollo 11 Moon Landing), Victory in Europe Day, Victory in Japan Day, and Valentine's Day

2) Impose a minimum number of paid vacation days per year for salaried workers. Such minimum should be at least 15 days.
