Enact a law enabling the licensing of firearms.

We need to allow the licensing of all firearms by the federal government.
At the moment, the only license needed for a handgun, rifle, shotgun, or assault rifle is that of a concealed carry permit. Why not induce a law that would enabled specific federal agencies to license private gun owners for each type of firearm they wish to posses.
In order for a citizen to purchase a handgun, they would have to have first taken and passed specialized class on handguns, and been authorized by either a state or federal entity.
A citizen who wished to purchase a rifle, however, would have to obtain a specific license on that type of firearm before being allowed to purchase it.
This will allow much easier and swifter law enforcement actions on non abiding citizens.
