Enact a law to insure the office of president is of the highest standards of any political.
No president can stay in office that would lie, mislead or hinder the security of its people civilian or military. Any president found guilty of any of these acts will be removed and could be prosecuted to the limit of the law. A president being the commander and chief would be under military law and subject to its penalties.
