Desecration of the American Flag is not a 1st Amendment Right. It is used as a form of disrespect, radicalism, hate, non-peaceful protest, and defiance of the United States of America and its government. This law would include but not be limited to desecration of the American Flag or any likeness of it in any way, shape, or form. The intent of this law is to hold those who deem this a form of peaceful protest accountable for their actions against the veterans, citizens, and government of this proud nation. Convicting and fining those that protest in this aggressive manner would mark them for life with a criminal offense against the Nation. This Federal Law should pass with no resistance from the House and Congress and those that vote against it should be removed from their positions.
