We are sick of the games being played by the supporters and opponents of the Voting Rights Act, by republican governors and political adivsors.
We seek a simple, elegant solution to the problem of voter suppression and programs designed to minimize the participation of citizens in elections.
The solution is the following law: All citizens are required to vote in each election or be fined $1 per failure to comply.
This will:
1. instantly reduce government spending as all legal efforts to enforce the civil rights laws can end.
2. instantly eliminate stupid Republican efforts to suppress voter turnout.
3. simplify America's legal system by eliminating verbose laws that make what our rights
