To enact a law to prevent private and government employers to use a third party source or do a credit check for hiring.

Companies exploit honest people from getting a job by doing a credit check. I do not think it is fair because it destroys the chances for that citizen to live and deprives the ability to support him/herself. I am especially against it if the job requires a clearance and the applicant's clearance is already active in the first place.
