An increased number of people of color, especially Black men, in America are brutally beaten. murdered. and violated by a police officer(s) who are sworn to "protect and serve '" them. Hidden behind this type of police corruption is the "Blue Code of Silence. " People of color. including Black men. have the right "to be secure in their person ' under the U.S. Constitution. 4th Amendment. For this reason. it is imperative to petition to President Obama to enact a law which mandates a police officer (s) to be drug and.or alcohol tested immediately after a questionable incident. By doing so. this may possibly counter-attack the 'Blue Code of Silence, " allow protection of the 4th Amendment, and allow the victims and family to know the mental stability if the police officer(s).
