This is to allow all veterans that have a service connection disability rating of 10% or higher and have a honorable discharge, to receive free hunting and fishing license in the state that the veteran resides. The veterans must meet the requirements to receive a hunting and fishing license thru state and federal regulations. The state that the veteran resides must allow hunting and fishing in order to receive the hunting and fishing license. The license will be equal to the highest hunting and fishing license avaliable.
