Enact laws that bind all members of Congress ineligible for reelection when there is a Federal Deficit greater than 3%.

Request Congress to pass a law strictly stating that if they cannot ethically maintain the budget of the nation than they are not eligible for reelection. This means that if Congress is not doing the job that they were hired/elected for than their services are no longer needed. Just as a business will search for a new employee when a current one is not performing their job, so should the citizens of the United States. If Congress cannot balance the credit cards of the nation than they do not deserve to be employed. If our elected leaders truly care about the ethical well-being of the citizens that they represent than they should have no qualms with passing a law that removes the corrupt and untalented from the leadership of this nation.
