Ensure all record of firearm approval requests are deleted from government records. These records can and would be used by an invading force to identify those who have firearms in their possession allowing the force to easily confiscate weapons. This would inhibit citizens from standing up against said force and deter the formation of citizen militias from taking action against the invading force. In previous invasions around the world the records of licenses for weapons, communications material, etc. were targeted to identify holders of material which could be used against the invaders.
