Enact laws to give workers rights on breaks.

Employers shall be required by law to give their employees a 15 minute break for every 4 hours worked. If the employee works overtime, the employer shall be required by law to give the employee 5 minutes of break time for every hour of overtime worked. If the employee is required to work 10 hours or more, the employer will be required by law to give the employee a paid 30 minute lunch break.
