According to the ODMP.org web site, 16 Sworn Police Officers and 8 K9's have been killed in the 63 days of 2016.
The Federal Government has done nothing to recognize the Men, Women and K9's who routinely place themselves in danger and die in the Line of Duty protecting our Citizens.
Law Enforcement Officers are being targeted at a rate of 3 per day.
Now is the time to force our Government by way of this Petition to mandate, support, provide proper equipment and training to Law Enforcement in recognition of the 24 deaths so far in 2016.
Enact a Law making it a Federal Crime to interfere, wound or murder a LE Officer while performing their Sworn duties under the current State and Federal Laws.
