Employers are asking job applicants to divulge whether or not they currently have healthcare. Employers screen potential applicants and discriminate in hiring practices based on an applicant's current healthcare status. Under Obamacare, the employers are required to pay exhorbitant healthcare fees for each employee who requires healthcare. To avoid those fees, employers are not hiring applicants who do not have healthcare from an outside source.
