Because there is no allowance for the insurance companies to compensate the health insurance agent, they hire a third party that fraudulently abuses their entitlement. With no laws written on our behalf or risk of penalty, I as others, have been abused and mentally tormented as a result. Never being compensated for what is promised or negotiated. They use coercion, manipulation and fraudulent misrepresentation in order for the agent to perform under high demands and call volume during open enrollment and scrutinize job security through special enrollment periods. All the while keeping our compesation and bonus themselves when paid for the accounts we created and serviced both in and out of the marketplaces for the ACA. I have worked so hard only to be victimized by a fortune 14 company.
