Enact laws which require schools to maintain a certain percentage of the staffers legally carry concealed weapons.

In recent years, sick individuals have been targeting and attacking students ranging from preschool to post-graduation. While we the people realize we can never stop these individuals before their rampage starts, we do realize that their rampages could be ended earlier than most are. The tragic event in Connecticut proves this, because had one or two staffer in front office been carrying a concealed weapon the spree could have been reduced to less than a handful of deaths. It is for this reason, we would like this issue addressed, and suggest perhaps a requirement that schools have (for example) 25% of their staffers carrying during school hours. This would allow a defense other than hiding.
