Enact legislation to abolish "at will" employment.

Created by C.N. on June 25, 2013

Whereas national employment is in a state of crisis, we respectfully request review and evaluation of current "at will" employment laws. The "at will" clause was afforded to employers to provide for employer equality with an employees right to quit or resign from his or her employment at any time.
Though it was a good attempt at protecting employers, it has since been used by employers for no reason at all and at times has supported discrimination practices and protects these discriminatory acts by further granting the employer the rights of no contest termination and no reason necessary for said terminations.
We respectfully request an intervention in order to protect the American family from discrimination, and to bring stability to the American work force and economy.
