Mortgages, car loans, personal loans - all eligible to receive refinancing to new, lower rates. Those who began college more than 10 years ago, or who consolidated their student loans in the 1990's, are being hit with astronomical interest rates.
Please enact legislation that will allow student borrowers the ability to refinance consolidated loans to lower rates, rather than facing default.
