I petition the President of the United States to facilitate, introduce and enact legislation for the American Flag, that as the Symbol of America that United States Military Forces have died defending, the American Flag shall be 100% Made In America out of American materials. Flags that do not meet this minimum standard shall not fly in America, at any Military Base, or Vessel, or Facility representing America (i.e. Embassy).
Specifically, the American Flag shall not be imported into the United States or any of it's territories, bases, facilities, etc..
