Kaiser Permanente and the Permanente Medical Group are operating a criminal enterprise type of for-profit, non-profit fraud corporation/partnership. Arbitration is the only avenue for members of the Permanente Foundation Health Plan when they have been wronged. Kaiser Permanente has rigged the game. The Permanente Medical Group isn't autonomous, they work with the Health Plan, against the membership for bonuses and profit sharing. The have, and are hastening deaths of the elderly, and chronically ill patients for financial gain. and hiding behind arbitration. This is a direct threat to the American People.
