Enact legislation to establish National Right to Carry law thereby nationally recognizing Citizen's 2nd amendment right.

The 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of the United States of America specifically recognizes the God-given right of all free men to "Keep and Bear Arms". The existing patchwork system of laws concerning this Amendment across the states is unconstitutional. There is no law that is greater than those recognized in the Constitution. Therefore, no individual state should be granted authority over the rights in that document. Establish a National Right to Carry law, disallowing any state from infringing on the rights of the Citizens.
