Too many people are crippling this country with fake lawsuits that end up costing all consumers. People sue corporations with no repercussions when their false claims are proven false. Plantiffs should be liable for all legal costs (perhaps even criminal charges) should they begin a frivilous lawsuit and lose to discourage these damaging and pointless drains on the economy. People are tired of paying higher and higher prices because some idiot did something a child knows not to do with a consumer product. It has to stop.
