Enact legislation, or by Executive order, to require all Judicial, Executive and Legislative Branches of the United States of America government to be enrolled in the same exact medical insurance programs as available to all other citizens. To repeal any and all laws, Executive orders or other means allowing any representative to be issued or have access to any and all medical insurance that is required of or different from all other United States of America Citizens. All Citizens should have the same access and benefits to quality Medical Insurance as do these Representatives and all Citizens should be recognized as equal to any Representative in importance.
