Introduce bankruptcy legislation that can actually protect the average citizen when financial hardships come. Corporate America has the luxury of dedicating massive resources to the collection of debts owed them while the average citizen does not. Prevent any company or organization from using the justice system to pad their bottom line. Please level the playing field and put risk back into the equasion for business.
