Since the election of President Obama, the menace of Right Wing Fundamentalist Christians has been growing by the day, following a "religion" that is really a political ideology, one whose sacred text explicitly calls for violence against non-believers. As the ranks of the Republican Party shrink due to changing demographics, and as the tide turns in favor of issues like marriage equality, Right Wing Fundamentalist Christians are becoming desperate, and dangerous. Gay Americans, women, and other minorities are at increased risk of being victims of hate crimes as long as Right Wing Fundamentalist Christians are allowed to possess firearms, as they will likely be the first targets as these "patriots" resort to insurrection to further their agenda.
