By enacting legislation which would protect American workers from being continuously forced to work through temporary agencies for extended amounts of time. By limiting the amount of time an employer can utilize a worker through a temporary agency before being forced to hire that employee full-time. If the employer terminates the employee, the employer must give legitimate cause for termination.
It is my belief that this should create better income for thousands of Americans who are employed through these agencies. By enacting such legislation, it will help curtail the practice of having a temporary employee toil through said service for years. There should be no time reset to the legislation in regards to how long the employee has worked for a single employer.
