We urge the Obama Administration to enact legislation to protect Customers, Drivers and the General public from fraudulent ride share TNC app companies in the United States.
The Companies Uber and Lyft have repeatedly demonstrated that they are fraudulently offering commercial transportation to the public without establishing proper insurance coverage or fair service.
Uber and Lyft have denied essential coverage and compensation for accidents by way of defrauding their drivers and the public.
This is most notably expressed by the case of Sofia Liu, a six year old child killed by an Uber driver on New Years Eve of 2013.
These companies violate the liberties of the public and these drivers using the Lyft and Uber applications.
