The companies Lyft and Uber have continuously violated several fair trade statutes and federal descrimination guidelines.
Lyft and Uber continue to discriminate against customers for racial and financial reasons.
Lyft and Uber utilize predatory marketing by offering insurance coverage for drivers and passengers but then invalidating any insurance coverage in their service agreement terms.
We petition the White House to enact legislation to properly regulate app based transportation services and advice federal RICO prosecution of Lyft and Uber for predatory marketing and their refusal to compensate those injured and killed by their drivers.
