We the People strongly believe that the releasing of the names of any Law Enforcement Officer or Agent acting on behalf of the Federal or a State/County/City Legal Agency (Police Department, State Trooper, Highway Patrol, etc) that are responsible for or participants in the death of a criminal suspect or any other party should be required by law upon the request of the deceased family and/or media. This information should be included in/amended to the Freedom of Information Act and Freedom of the Press. This information should not be withheld for any reason, including whether the death is deemed justifiable or not. The only exemption that should be made should be in the interest of national security such as FBI and CIA agents.
