A number of American states receive more Federal support then they have ever paid out in taxes.This imbalance contributes tremendously to the deficit.This should be stopped immediately.Further,those states which have been receiving more then they have contributed should be required to reimburse the states who have been supporting them in excess of what they have merited.They are Taker states...Who should pay back the Maker states!
