As a concerned citizen I realize what a calamity the loss or failure of our electrical grid would be. As a consumer I am concerned that the complete dependence on computers for the functions of transportation could easily bring our nation to a standstill with its loss. Even the starting system of every vehicle built after a certain year is controlled by computers. It is not safe to put all of our faith in those systems.
