enact legislation that would create non-partisan comities in each county to handle CCW applications

Create a non-partisan committee in every county to handle the approval process of CCW permits. Committee members would be a mix of civilian, law enforcement, and community leaders to judge good cause for the approval of CCW's. These committees would takes the decision out the hands of one man. Overall the increase of CCW's has shown to decrease crime rates and to increase the security of American Citizens.
