We need liability reform in this country to stop the losses in important areas of medical specialties. Medical Malpractice Insurance continues to increase at rates far above that of inflation. If we limited damages in areas of medical malpractice to actual proven damages, without large payouts for punitive damages, and limited the amount of fees plaintiff attorneys were entitled to, it would help us make ObamaCare work without causing our country to go deeper in debt.
