There are definitely too many prisoners within the prison system. Let's expedite matters...
For those on Death Row (facing execution), install a time limit of five (5) years for the production of "new evidence" and/or "witnesses to come forward." At the end of the five year wait, they are immediately executed.
For those who are felons and commit crimes with firearms: They did not care to listen to the part of firearm restrictions when they were sentenced. Put them on Death Row with a one (1) year window for appeals. After the one year is up, execute them. (Do not allow high ranking politicians to intervene to stop the execution).
Child molestation equals murder. The child is forever damaged. Those convicted of child molestation-death penalty.
Make this change retroactive for convicts.
