Enact mandatory drug testing for all adults receiving tax payer funded aid. This aid is to include, but does not to: Welfare, government aid, SSDI, EFT, Food stamps, Government housing and assistance, medical benefits, etc. Failure to abstain from illegal drugs revokes all taxpayer funded assistance.
