Enact mandatory recall elections for all members of congress within 45 days of ANY government shutdown.

I would like to hold our Senators and Representatives accountable to their bosses. When they display behavior that would be indicative of disciplinary action in ANY other job they should be reviewed by their boss. Since the people are their boss' they should have to be subject to a recall election, with states' determination of opponent determination, 45 to 60 days after any government shutdown. This is a clear INABILITY to do the job they are elected to do. I think this should be on a national ballot so that politicians know: what they do RIGHT NOW will impact them--the voters will not have a year's time to forget their inappropriate behavior, an off election year is NO excuse for not listening to the people they represent. The people need a way to "fire" congress if need be!
