Enable immigrants from foreign countries to be guaranteed citizenship after serving two (2) years
in any Military Service and receiving an honorable
discharge. Any man or woman over the age of eighteen (18) years is eligible to apply at any United States
Border Station with group transportation to Military
Service Induction Centers made available.
Failure of physical requirements for service in any branch of service may be waived by said service for duty
in areas of service that would not be hampered by such
physical disablement.
