Enact more protective laws to establish better guidelines for the SCRA (Servicemember's Civil Relief Act).

All too often, Soldiers are served divorce papers or brought upon legal action within DAYS of deploying overseas to a combat zone. Many times, they are not in a position to not get the proper legal help. Most times, the Soldier is lost and does not know what to do. I would ask the Congress pass a law restricting the judgements that can be made while deployed, as obviously it seems the states can decide on this even with TCS orders in the judge's hand. Soldier's are constantly targets and this MUST stop.
