Children simply should not be aloud access to firearms. We don't allow them to gamble, drink, join the armed forces or drive before they reach a legal age so why allow them to use such a dangerous tool? You wouldn't let your 5 year old drive your car or drink alcohol would you? So why would you even consider letting your child use one of the most dangerous tools imaginable? You wouldn't because it's idiotic. Until your old enough and responsible enough to know how to use a gun properly and understand the repercussions of using it you simply should not be aloud to have one.That being said I want a federal law to be enacted to prevent children from being aloud to use, purchase or have firearms marketed to them or manufactured with children specifically in mind as the firearm's user.
