Enact a national law mandating that toilet paper be hung in the "over" orientation rather than the "under" orientation.

There is a serious problem plaguing our society. That problem is toilet paper orientation. Far too few Americans understand the importance of proper toilet paper orientation. When toilet paper is hung in the "over" position, it is more aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, fewer resources are wasted when compared with the "under" orientation. We need to return this country to what our founding fathers desired: a nation with values. It is time we banded together to enact legislation once and for all to mandate the correct toilet paper orientation.
