Enact a National Right-To-Carry and Fireams Transport law to protect law abiding citizens across states lines.

Amend the federal law to protect citizens who can lawfully possess, purchase, transport, sell, ship, and carry concealed handguns and/or firearms to do so freely across state lines. Although one may be granted such rights without restrictions in a particular state, the United States should protect all lawful citizens in every state similar to that of a CCW lisence. It is time the law drew a clear and distinguished line protecting lawful firearms owners who pass required background checks to leave their home knowing they are in full compliance of the law in all states at all times. Emphasis should be placed on punishing the unlawful individuals who disregard required background checks and have no record on file unlawfully possessing, using illegal firearms, and committing criminal acts.
