All states should be "right to work". It should be up to an individual to make a decision to join a union, not be told that he has to in order to persue a career with a company that he wishes to work for. It would allow more competitiveness for both the company and the individual. It would help steer an individual towards excellence in order to acheive his just rewards.
State and Federal laws are in place to protect the worker's rights thus reducing the needs for union protection.
