Many companies are outsourcing jobs in programmining, data processing, Help desk functions and in other areas to foreign companies such as India. Legislation should be implemented to encourage companies to open these type of outsourcing centers here in the United States. Perhaps we need to lower the minimum wage or implement tax changes to allow these centers to be competitive with the foreign alternative.
