in this style of draft all citizens both male and female would be recruited in to the military where they would serve on the home front as secretary's, drivers for high level officials, among many other government and military jobs, these citizens would receive restricted military training such as how so safely operate a gun etc. For there service they would be rewarded with salary's and housing while in there service. If the citizen chooses to become a full time active duty member of the military than they will be granted that in place of the other jobs previously listed, but receive normal military training. There would also be a third option to allow any citizen the option to back out of the draft, in which case that citizen would receive no future assistance from the government at all.
