A Petition to Enact a One Year Moratorium on all US Economic Foreign Aid.
Because continuous monetary foreign aid has fostered a climate of ‘entitlement to’ and expectancy for, in fact a mistaken ‘right’ to this aid, which has greatly diminished, even completed eroded the purpose and intent of the gracious offerings of foreign aid, it is prudent to put a one year moratorium on any and all economic foreign aid.
