entities for:
1) Partial construction of products on foreign lands,
originating from an American business entity.
1A) Complete construction of products on foreign lands,
originating from an American business entity.
2) modification of products originally built on American
soil.
3) Addition or deletion of parts originally built on
American or foreign soil.
4) Repair or servicing of products originally built on
American or foreign soil.
Intended for sale in American markets.
Said tariff to be equal to five (5) times the sale price of
above enumerated products to be offered for sale in
USA
