Mandate by law that any and all percentage reductions in Social Security, soldier pay, Medicare or any other benefit payable to any rightfully deserving and qualified citizen of the United States of America, is equally reflected in pay reductions by each and every member of the House, Senate, Congress and the President of the United States.
