Congress passed a law last year that states that if they can't balance the budget by March 1st (in other words, can't do their job) there will be automatic cuts across the board that will effect every single American - but there is no mention of they themselves receiving any sort of pay cut or removal for not being able to do their job.
We are asking that instead of punishing the American people for the inabilities of congress, to instead, freeze their pay until they can get their job done.
